We seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team. In this highly visible role, you will work with us in servicing our clients, which would include administering the transaction process, site selection, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial space. The role will include all facets of the transaction process including preparing demographic studies, market surveys, proposals, presentations, and financial analyses. This person will also be responsible for conducting research and preparing reports based on availability and demand of real estate in the designated city. You should be able with your network solicit additional new business for the company by identifying and building relationships with corporate clients, property development companies, financial professionals, business owners, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field. 
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in finance or related industry. Plus for candidates with thorough knowledge of commercial real estate market, corporate real estate leasing, real estate market analysis, strategic planning, and lease negotiation. 
• Must be highly motivated self-starter with the ability to successfully maneuver within both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. 
• Superior sales, marketing, and client closing skills, demonstrating the right balance of aggressiveness, tenacity, and desire to compete, excel, and succeed. 
• Competent and persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of adequately assessing risk, exercising sound judgment, and making solid decisions while working within a high volume and highly complex real estate transaction environment. 
• Effective and proactive interpersonal and business relationship management skills, particularly within a corporate environment. 
• Superior written and verbal communication skills. 
• Well-defined organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Detail-orientation with excellent follow-through. Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills. 
• Proficiency/skill in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). 
• Knowledge of the Internet/Web technology is advantageous.
